you're still young yet. and if you're asking strangers when the right time to have sex is that you're definately not ready for it. when the times comes, and you both feel like the situation is ready, then you'll know. it's like that feeling you get when you know that you really care for something. no one tells you what you're feeling, you just know it. raverboy
