I am sixteen and I work with a girl that I really like (we both work at a gun range.) Recently my friends urged me to ask her for her number which worked out sucessfully. Then a couple days after I asked her if she wanted to hang out. She had to decline then a couple more days later she called me and told me that she liked me, but she had a boyfriend. I told her that I liked her too and she said that she hoped if she broke up with her boyfriend that we could still have a thing.

She has been going out with this guy for almost a year and the only thing that I'm really afraid of is that she will lose interest in me before she breaks up with her boyfriend. Does any body have any advice? Should I try going after her or just be friends with her until they break up?
