How about hiring a barbershop quartet to visit her and sing to her? That'd definitely be memorable (and if she happens to be at work it'd be even better cause she'd be embarressed as all hell and would NEVER forget it! ) I'm gonna do this for my gir's next birthday.

How about a nice theatre show? (like a broadway production or a traveling produciton. Check out Ticketmaster for ideas).

How about having a star named after her or just in her honor? How about a pass to a day spa? (I'm told that girls love these "day spas")
