well baadshah from the looks of it..she might just be shy...look i say you go and tell her how you feel...tell her you like her and want to be with her....if she rejects you then at least you'll know...from what u've said about her in the past it seems as if she is a very reserved girl...so i think you shoudl make the first move...just tell her how you feel about her...
