I would say the same thing. Try and never even think about it if you could. She is only human and humans need other people and for some text is jsut not enough. I would not accuse her of it or dig too much because then she would think you have lost trust and once someone believe they do not have your trust the relationship doesnt have much time.
If she is wanting to still be with you just thank god that someone loves you and leave it at that. Live in the present and not the past.
