Be a man and go straight out and ask her what she would think of being in a relationship with you!

Or you could try something more subtle like sending her a rose from a "secret" admirer or something. Or start calling her "Darling" or something along those lines. If she play's along then thats a very good start, though it may not mean she has feelings for you.
