Well i'll go into the biological reasons why your nervous, it is the tesosterone, if you can control that, then you should be able to talk to her no problem.
Alternately seeing as this is near on impossible, just bite the bullet, it is always easier this way, and once you get started then you should be fine. remember be confident, and plan your conversation before hand so you can avoid awkward silences. If awkard silences do occur just say something like "Ohh awkward silence..um. Hows your day been?" Try not to be to complimental, though don't insult her either, tease her a bit. Do not let her know that you have a crush on her yet either!
