Yes, its true. I believe a girl should try just as much as a guy should. But honestly this girl might like him but might be just as shy and might not ever say anything. If no one makes a move....then nothing happens! So thats why IM encouraging him(because hes the one here, not her) to talk to her.

This girl might not even notice him....and maybe by talking..she might notice him more and eventually make a move herself. But someones gotta make that first move. IF she were on this board...I would be telling her the same thing (to talk to him).
