i would give a mil to each bro and sis i got , thats 4 millions right there , then 2 for mom and pops . then with the rest i would finish my studies , move out and buy either a nice condo or house , a nice car and get a cell phone , get a new pc , and i would most probably marry my girl after about a year or two of the whole lottery win , just waiting to know her better , then her parents wouldnt be able to say shit .... i would then put the rest of the cash reserved for the rest of my life and manage 80% of it , the other 20% would be spent for expenses , honeymoon and other crap like that .
