Okay, guys. Got my butt in a wringer here and would appreciate a little commentary on how to best answer the following email I've just received. I'm concerned about saying a wrong thing, or saying a right thing in the wrong way. Since I got the damn thing rolling, I don't have a choice but to reply in some supportive way.
