Bullshit. He loves talking on the phone. Obviously. Two things: It's not who he's known longer, its who he's talking to first that gets priority. That's just rude. Or worse. Which leads me to: If can't manage his time or affairs well enough to have a decent phone conversation with you, what else can't he manage, and why give a shit "what's up with him"?
