I've had a few airsoft guns, some electric and some pump. One by one they've all jammed at some time or another. Some I attempted to prod, jostle, poke, disassemble and inevitably smack the danged weapon to get it out only to permanently ruin it. Others just seemed to work the jam out themselves. I would definitely recommend taking it to a specialty store and see what they can diagnose. From my experience bad things happen when you molest them yourself.
