i know someone who does, actually. he accidentally peed on the pants of a guy who happened to stand in the way. 'bout half a year later my friend (the pisser), went to a pizza place. the pizza guy would look at him and say: "you won't get no pizza here" my friend asks "why?" and the pizza guy goes: "you pissed on my pants, you jerk, now get outta here!".
