religion is very convenient...when our prayers our answers, we thank god and marvel at how he has provided for us...when ou prayers our not answered, we say it is not gods will and that he is doing what is best in our lives even if it goes against our own will...

so in the end, no matter whan happens, the religious person is able to say god is working in my life...
