Damnit HurtDude! Every time you post I sit here and want to rip my hair out! I know how much this sucks for you, and I've been through the exact same kind of thing. You've got to take our word for it here...STOP TALKING TO HER! No contact doesn't mean you don't call her, but you pick it up when she calls you. No contact means ZERO CONTACT.

Now, you didn't really say how hearing about the new guy made you feel, but when it happened to me, it hurt worse than when she actually dumped me. So I'll assume it made you feel pretty shitty to hear about it. For the love of god, don't talk to her anymore. She called you tonight to rub your face in it. What kind of a person would call to rub their ex's face into the fact they are getting banged by some other dude. Only an ******* would do that, and bottom line, regardless of how hurt you feel or if you have the idea in your head that you still love her, take a step back and look at the situation objectively. She is treating you like a piece of shit, and at this point, even if she did come back, it would never be the same because you will always remember how she treated you.

Nobody deserves to have their face rubbed in the fact that their ex has a new SO. It's bullshit, and sometime soon you will realize you are better off w/o her. But for now, NO CONTACT!
