I think you should talk to your friend about it, not the guy. Tell her how you feel, offer to help her make guy "friends". Especially since it sounds like she kind of uses guys, or just likes them for a little bit, sleeps with them, and maybe forgets them, you should let her know that what you have with him is something lasting that, as your friend, she shouldn't want to destroy.
