You should have a serious talk with your friend and tell her what is bothering you. Say that you don't like her going after your guy and if she respects you as a friend, she should stop. If she doesn't stop, she's not worth being a friend with. If she keeps going after your guy and he doesn't notice anything, then you should tell your guy that you're uncomfortable when he spends time with your friend because she likes him.
