if she didnt give you an answer when you told her you liked her then she prolly doesnt wanna take the relationship to bf/gf thing.

if she is that important to you and you think she is that great of a friend, stop telling her you like her and dont call her for a while. let HER call YOU. find someone else to like. im sure there are plenty of girls out where you live to get involved with. many of them will return your calls and tell you they love you too! it doesnt sound that easy but it is possible and i know you can do it!!
