Is it alright to have sex with an ex?

Like have a strictly sexual relationship? Or attempt to have one?


I was talking to my ex today, and was telling her how it ended so suddenly and how I would really like to mess around with her but I am not sure, and she said we could etc.

Now, she wants be back, and I have some sort of feelings towards her but feel that I can definately not take her back. (she cheated)

I was wondering, what does everyone think? On all levels?

The way I see it is, it's ok to do it, for the physical part of it
But, it may open up wounds for me

I think, for her it is partly to feel close to me, and partly wishing that through sex and time, we can be together again
