i can't believe you can't think of stuff to do..
if you can't find stuff to do where you are, then try to get out of the state for a while.. take her to a ski trip in Switzerland of France, ski trips are fun.. or go to the world class beaches in Greece or India. You could take her to Japan for a nice cultural expiriance, or to New York city to go shopping at the Armani store or on 5th Ave.
Common, there's plent of stuff to do, you just aren't thinking outside the box..
