I would tell HIM to back off. Then also talk to your gf about it. Let her know it bothers you how hes doing all that to her. Let her know also that your afraid of what his intentions are. But make sure u let your gf know you TRUST her!

If she gives you any reason NOT to...then I say drop both of them and move on.
