Not completely. There are at least 100 ways to get off the phone with some guy who calls you up for some inappropriate flirting. Even if your girlfriend was mute, she could hang up the phone, if she wanted to. She needs to learn to draw a line, and you need to let her. If she won't, then your problem is actually with her.
