OK, this is how I see it..

She's giving you hints, BUT, this is only because you've told us about them. I haven't read anything suggesting that she isn't interested. So, I'll just assume there isn't any because you seem to be a reasonable person.

Be subtle. She's obviously interested in you and her and her boyfriend are losing it. Be there to support her, etc, because she obviously came to you and kissed your cheek when she was down. Just keep goin with it if she means that much to you and I think that things will turn out alright.

If time gets extended too much, at that point I would start to talk to her about it.
