Ah but you can stop, and you should at times. If she gets too used to it and takes it for granted, it loses something. I love being romantic and giving my girl little tokens of affection, but you've gotta pace it right. Too much and she drowns in it and even gets annoyed, too little and she wonders if you care. It's a bit of a balancing act.
Also the element of surprise is on your side. Her waking up at 7 in the morning to go to work and finding you've left a card on her car can make all the difference. a $1 card, but your timing and surprise means she'll never forget it.
