Honestly, that really didn't sound too specific. Now, if she said "Im at THIS mall with THIS friend and we're shopping for THIS and we'll be done at THIS time" well, that could have something behind it. But just saying 'shopping with my friend' sounds pretty vague to me.....sounds like something Id tell my bf to appease him. And you actually DID ask her.
