I don't think you should exactly pursue. You should still show interest, but not disproportionate interest from the response you're getting.

You sound like a guy who is paying attention. Do you know how great that is? Don't pretend like you haven't noticed what's going on. Give it a week or so, and ask her straight up what's going on.
