Not necessarily...sometimes he'd just assume that now is not the right time and getting indignant wouldn't help anything, so he'll just ask later. He'll react like this if he has a shred of decency, enough to realize it's her body and she calls the shots where it's concerned....I'm intimately familiar with this.
