Yeah, any "spectacular" happenings have to be preceded by a lot of fantasizing and a good steady pace to ejaculation.

And then I have to be careful about over-sensitizing my dick.

If I surpass the moment I could've ejaculated to elongate the process what happens is my dick becomes hyper-sensitive, like a hair trigger, and while it won't take a lot of stimulation to set it off, if I don't "work it" right, I'll blow my load and the climax is much more underwhelming had I gone when I first had the chance.
