That looks the tiniest bit like Jurupa.

Behaving appropriately when you're angry is difficult. I strongly suggest taking up boxing or some martial art, where you'll be confronted regularly in a very direct way and learn to focus yourself. It's losing control that is your enemy, not the anger itself.
