Yeah, did I tell you guys how I went for a stupid ass 9 mile walk/run the other night to my friends on treacherous roads?

Well, I did.

And of course I was wearin' my insulated combat boots.

But regardless, my right foot landed in a pot hole or somethin' and I seemed to have pulled somethin' in my food near my ankle.

And it sucks, I'm walkin' gimp everywhere.

"If it's not swollen, use heat.", says my brother, so I am.

I don't wanna be a ****in' cripple this weekend!
