I also like to make iced tea cubes out of a mixture of Red Zinger and peppermint tea with a huge amount of honey in it, then stick them in a Nalgene bottle and take them to soccer games. By the time it's hot out, the ice cubes have melted most of the way and there's ice-cold tea for me to drink.
