dude, I live in the middle of nowhere and have to get my parents to drive me to the doctor, and I still managed to get on birth control without them knowing a thing. If you're gonna be so damn wimpy about it, make something up and tell them you want to see a doctor.

also, yes, if it is that phimosis thing, then you are definitely not alone- heck I know two people who had it.

I just can't say this enough; you really have to see a doctor. Whatever this is, it's only going to get worse, and it could be really serious. Would you rather die of cancer? Plus it'll make you even less confident. please, see a doctor.
