There is lots of healthy food that's also high in calories. my bf buys this 15 grain Pepperige Farm bread- yeah I know, sounds like overkill, but it is DELICIOUS and has like 120 calories per slice. Look at the labels. My bread has like 50 cals per slice :| let's swap our problems..
