| yeah I did see that movie. it's sick. it just shows how ultimately that kind of food gives you temporary gratification, but you don't really feel fulfilled.
Heck, I ate 1000 calories today- that's not a lot, and yet I feel stuffed. I thought "this can't be right, I ate much more than that", so I even exaggerated, but then it's still below 1200. it's just about eating the right things.

edit: damn you're quick. I mean, neither of us has a serious problem; I was never really overweight, just not happy with myself. You're not underweight, 'cos those calculators don't apply to teens, and even if you stay "underweight" as an adult, your body is just meant to be that way. Eat lots of high protein stuff and work out, you'll gain in muscle weight.
