| are you *doing* anything when you're trying to get to sleep? You need to be lying there in complete stillness and try to clear your mind. If you're browsing on your laptop or listening to music or reading a book, it wont work. Other than that, are you particularly worried or excited about something that's making your brain THINK relentlessly about it as soon as the light goes out?
well... those are the things that keep me up.
