| Well I think you said your stamina is really jacked so this might not work...But back when I was a big caffeine drinker I had a similar problem. What I did was I did some stairs. You basically run up and down a flight of stairs 10 or more times. Then go lie down. If 10 isn't enough add more. It takes a couple seconds or so to run up and down the flight of stairs. About a half hour or so after the stairs your body should be tired depending on your physical condition.
If your a runner or an athlete then it might not even fatigue you. But if your having a lot of difficulty and its causing problems its worth a shot. In my humble opinion. |
