| I don't know that I would call it "faking". Rather, I'd say it was the "placebo effect". Similar effects are found in any drug study ever done: people expect a certain outcome, and they get it. Anyway, I've never faked being drunk.
BTW - I can guarantee you that unless you are an alcoholic with cirrhosis of the liver well under way, you are definitely affected by a bottle of whiskey. Most drunks don't acknowledge they are drunk.
