| When I first started dating Kristen she was 19 and I was 24. I felt like a massive pervert being in my mid-twenties and dating a girl of an age that ended in "teen". Mind you, it didn't bother me enough to stop dating her. Now she's almost 21 and every birthday I breath a small sigh of gratitude.
So that was about my downwards limit. I wouldn't date a woman much older than me. Not because I don't find them attractive, but just because, mostly, they take relationships far more seriously than I do - and I'm speaking from experience. They are forever asking where the relationship is "going", whether "there's any point to us."
And I can see where they're coming from. They can only keep firing off ovaries into buds of cotton for so long before they run out. And that makes me feel guilty for wasting their time. Having a girlfriend around the twenty years old mark removes those pressures. |
