I didn't use them when I was married and on the pill. I use them with my bf now, consistently....although I've been off the pill for awhile. He knows this, and yeah I know it ups my pregnancy risk. But the way I see it is, I'm 28 years old and this is likely the guy I'll spend my life with. So if something does happen, neither of us will exactly be devastated. Actually I've only recently started to feel that old biological clock start ticking. Uh oh!

At my age and circumstance, just using the condom is fine. But I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else unless they're in a similar situation. I just couldn't be on birth control anymore, I'd been on it for ten years. Putting that much extra hormone into your body can NOT be good for it. I'm not a fan of putting anything in my body that doesn't need to be there.
