Has anyone read about those recent studies where they put ppl in an isolated, pitch black room for a couple days & watched what they did? Interesting.
it wasn't that great a movie. the terminal is way better, and the best movie by tom hanks has got to be forest gump. that is one of my all time favourites.

there was a documentry about this on the other day. one guy who was isolated said that he tried to think of memories and other places but eventually they finish and its just nothingness.
according to the documentry the recent interest in this is due to isolation of prisoners. it makes them start believing what they're told, thus confessing to crimes they haven't committed.
one lady slept through the whole 3 days.
the fact that they were able to pull out at any time they wanted and the fact that they had a light switch (even though it wasn't on), showed it wasn't fully isolated.
i watched a doc on american prisons too. looks like everybody who went in came out gay.
