My personal opinion play him and see what you can get out of him don't go straight thinking you will win or get something out of it...i mean like have you met the other girls? if you know them or soemthing that gives you a much better chance of winning...

She just doesn't seem like the kind of girl that can compete. I don't mean that she has nothing to offer, but she seems too emotionally involved with him already and they aren't even exclusive. As was mentioned earlier, you have to be able to walk away if you don't win.
Also, if a guy that is playing women is the best you've been able to do so far, you really need to raise your standards. Someone will come eventually. You don't have to always be in a relationship.
