So the answer here seems pretty simple. Date casually. Go out now and then with random girls for fun, drinks, dinner, maybe even sex. There's lots of girls your age that are of the same mindset (too busy with school or work or social life to want to commit to anything), so look for a few of those.

When you get a bit older and feel like a gf isn't a burden on your time and money, then consider a relationship. I think you're too young for one, personally. Just go have fun for now, you won't regret it later.
