i think you should ask her why. there could be a million reasons why she stopped you from going all the way. She could've felt self-conscious about her body, had second thoughts about taking it to the next level,..maybe she wanted her first time to be special (if she is a virgin that is)..or it could be because she thought you guys were moving to fast..who knows. you need to communicate like mature adults before you decide to have sex..bottom line.
