if she still cares for you a lot why does she want all her stuff back? Is this OVER or is it on hold or what? If you think its over just box her stuff up and drop it by her place when shes at work or something.

If you two are ready to severe contact just get it over with and give her your stuff and if shes uncomfortable seeing you for whatever reason ask her if you can get a friend to go pick your stuff up.
