yeah.

another thing you might want to do is add like, two or three drops or hydrogen peroxide into the mix. wipe that infection right out.

also i don't know if you're using the mixes or what. but i try to use salt. but you have to get the pure kind without iodine or that anti-caking agent. mix about a 5 pinches of salt with about 2 or 3 pinches of baking soda and a couple drops of peroxide. that's my remedy. the solution packets the neti pot usually comes with doesn't do it for me. i have to make the mix stronger.
