I think this is a lose-lose situation. If you wait for her, she'll string you along to punish you for lying. If you move on, she'll get all wounded about the fact that you didn't wait.

That "move on with your life" thing from her is bullshit. She's just interested in dragging this out as long as possible because you hurt her.

Remember Humpty Dumpty? I think you might be hoping for something that's broken beyond repair. I say learn your lesson and move on. Even if she did take you back, she'll never trust you again.
