Thank you. After last week at work I'd have to agree.

I had to tell a woman last night at a shop to lay off the poor young clerk. Then she started on ME & her husband (embarrassed) had to drag her away.

I'm firmly of the opinion that ALL these type incidents should be called out by any observer as soon as you see them (in other words, don't leave it up to business staff or police). People need to be reminded to control themselves better... its not like there's going to be any fewer of us on the planet anytime soon.
