When you're about to finish.., lie back.., and let it all land on your stomach.., or be side-to-side and let it all land on her stomach.., or ass.., or face.., etc..
Try letting her "pet" you in the shower.., or on the beach.., etc..
You have to clean up.., there's no other way around it.., but you can give it some thought ahead of time and plan for where it's going to land.., to manage it a little bit better after the fact..
