I say that you should confRont, and asks, If he feels more for you than just a friend.
Help Him open up more, than just flirting all the time, flirting is okay as long as there is a purpose for it to eVolve one day.
Guys sometimes need that one person to help change their personality, and be more of a risk taker & gain some confidence.
