We had lasagna yesterday that tasted absolutely amazing but had a bit of a texture issue- Cali Boy had ground up all this sausage and mushrooms with marinara to make a thick, mushy layer. It came out looking exactly like dog food. It was like the filling in Chef Boyardee ravioli (but way tastier).

Texture is as important as taste, don't you agree?
